OUR  NEW  VIDEO  PARTNER

Kulak's Woodshed is a free, independent, not-for-profit, acoustic music, video webcast, singer/songwriter performance venue, broadcasting live and archived over the world wide web, all the time, since 2001.

An intimate listening room--it seats about 40--that music lovers and performers have taken into their hearts and kept alive by nightly cash donations.  It's operated by volunteers dedicated to the celebration of music just for the fun of it.  Nightly web-cast shows are put on from 8:00 to 11:00 or so, Pacific time, as well as archived performances 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Kulak's has the most impressive array of cameras outside a major video studio, and a truly amazing vibe that draws performers like bees to honey.

With the great video resources at Kulak's and the audio wizardry of Sound Path Labs, we can produce engaging videos for anything from full concert videos to one-tune demos.  This is a service not normally provided by either Kulak's or Sound Path Labs, and must be reserved and planned before the performance, but the fees for this new service are so low, it's almost embarrassing.

Plans are also in the works to acquire hardware and software to provide the additional capability of world-class surround sound tracks that will immerse viewers who have home theater equipment, palpably into the cool and funky atmosphere of Kulak's Woodshed itself.

Sound Path Labs is an active full-service professional recording studio operated by Drew Daniels, recording professionally since 1961.  He teaches recording, acoustics and physics at UCLA, was elected Audio Engineering Society Los Angeles Chairman twice, and was Chief Engineer at the world-famous Sound Factory.
